Virgin Atlantic Mobile App
Here is a small summary from a user research project that I will be adding to my portfolio very soon.
This project was done to provide an analysis and evaluation of the current state of the Virgin Atlantic mobile application. For this study, participants who matched our target users were recruited through social media and an online screener. The negative results show that the app is not living up to user standards and can be used to validate the need for improvements. Methods of analysis included interviews to define user expectations for airline travel and task based user testing to see if the interface was successful in helping people book airline travel.
